IATT is a non-profit association, founded in 1994, whose mission is to spread the culture of trenchless (or no-dig) technologies for the installation and remediation of underground infrastructures of electricity, telecommunications, gas, aqueducts and sewerage networks, among public administrations, network managers, companies and professionals in the sector. The common denominator of these technologies is the great respect for the environment which translates into the reduction of excavation and movement of land, CO2 emissions, energy consumption, disturbance to economic, residential and recreational activities, increasing safety on construction sites.
The International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT) is a global association dedicated to the promotion and advancement of trenchless technology. Established in 1986, ISTT focuses on innovative methods for installing, rehabilitating, and inspecting underground utilities while minimizing surface disruption. Through education, technical resources, and events such as the NO-DIG Conference, ISTT serves as a hub for professionals seeking sustainable, efficient solutions in infrastructure development. ISTT's worldwide network supports collaboration and technical excellence in the field of trenchless technology.
